Treating Left Supraclavicular Lymph Node Metastasis from Left Lung Cancer with Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy + Embolization + Iodine-125 Particle Implantation + Targeted Therapy

The patient had left lung cancer with left supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, staged as cT2aN3M0. They received one course of chemotherapy with "Bevacizumab + Pemetrexed + Carboplatin" at a local provincial-level cancer hospital and one month of oral Gefitinib targeted therapy. Follow-up chest CT revealed an increase in the size of the lung lesion (approximately 3.4cm × 2.8cm). They were subsequently referred to our hospital, where they underwent one course of arterial infusion chemotherapy + embolization. During the procedure, 16 iodine-125 particles were implanted. They also began taking Osimertinib as targeted therapy. After 25 days, a follow-up examination showed a significant reduction in the tumor tissue.
