A: Under the guidance of customer service, please prepare and submit complete medical records as required, typically including:
recent medical record summary (inpatient/outpatient medical records), all relevant imaging data and reports (such as CT, MRI, PET-CT DICOM file CDs and reports), all relevant pathology reports (including pathology slides/blank slides, if possible), laboratory test reports, and a summary of previous treatments (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.).
