Treating Esophageal Tumor + Airway Compression Obstruction with Endoscopic Microwave Ablation + Biological Sealant Leak Repair + Placement of Y-shape Airway Stent

Esophageal tumor causing airway compression, leading to type 2 respiratory failure. Esophagotracheal fistula. First, endoscopic microwave ablation was performed, followed by the repair of the leak with biological sealant. A Y-shaped airway stent with a pericardial covering was inserted. Leak repaired, airway obstruction relieved.
