He also excel at various open, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases, and has in-depth research on and rich experience in handling primary liver cancer, secondary liver cancer, hilar bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatobiliary stones, portal hypertension, acute and chronic pancreatitis, gallbladder diseases and other diseases. He performs more than 300 hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries each year, over 90% of which are difficult surgeries of grade 3 or 4.
