Under the full moon and in a festive atmosphere of reunion, on September 24, as the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival approached, a grand academic event focusing on integrative oncology and international innovative management—the "Greater Bay Area Integrative Oncology Innovative Management Symposium"—kicked off in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

This grand event not only gathered medical experts and management elites from the mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao, but also witnessed the official unveiling of the Global Innovative Medical Alliance (GIMA) and the signing of several important strategic cooperations. Jiang Wenqi, General Advisor of Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital, and Liu Yuancheng, Vice President of the hospital, were invited to attend the event.

Moment of Glory: Deepening Roots in the GBA, Pursuing Collaborative Development
At the conference, under the guidance and witness of the China Anti-Cancer Association (CACA), Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital, with its outstanding medical strength and international service philosophy, was officially approved as a Corporate Councilor Member of the Hong Kong and Macao Anti-Cancer Association (CACA-HKM).

Meanwhile, Liu Yuancheng, Vice President of the hospital, was also invited to serve as the Deputy Secretary-General of CACA-HKM. This is not only a recognition of Royal Lee Cancer Hospital's professional capabilities in oncology prevention and treatment, but also an important milestone for the hospital in deepening medical integration within the Greater Bay Area.

At the event, witnessed by numerous experts and guests, Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital officially joined hands with CACA-HKM to deeply participate in the construction of the "Global Innovative Medical Alliance (GIMA)."

Through strong alliances with first-class academic institutions and medical entities in Hong Kong, Macao, and internationally, the hospital will comprehensively introduce cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment technologies and management concepts to build a high-quality international medical service system.
Fulfilling Duties: Building a "Bridge of Connection" for Medical Care of Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots
Vice President Liu Yuancheng stated that he will fulfill his duties diligently in the future, continuously building bridges and contributing to facilitating medical visits for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots in Guangdong. His remarks as the newly appointed Deputy Secretary-General profoundly interpret the mission and responsibility of Royal Lee Cancer Hospital. With the acceleration of the GBA integration process, the demand for cross-border medical care is growing steadily. Located in the core of the GBA, Royal Lee Cancer Hospital has always been committed to providing convenient, efficient, and world-class oncology diagnostic and treatment services for Hong Kong, Macao, and international patients.

By joining CACA-HKM and deeply participating in the GIMA platform, the hospital will further enhance the connectivity of medical resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region, providing full-cycle "one-stop" cross-border medical support—from appointment and treatment to rehabilitation—for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots visiting Guangdong, helping to realize "boundless medical care, walking together in health."
In the future, Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital will take this awarding and signing as a new starting point. Leveraging the authoritative academic background of CACA and the international resource advantages of the GIMA platform, the hospital will continuously deepen its efforts in integrative oncology, innovative drug research and development, international telemedicine consultations, and the cultivation of high-end medical talents. We look forward to joining hands with all parties to jointly promote the innovation and development of oncology prevention and treatment in the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
