Hospital admission process

Hospitalization is determined based on a doctor’s diagnosis

1.Make contact with the Royallee Cancer Center branches in various countries;
2.Through online consultation, contact our customer service staffs to confirm the appointment time, means of transportation and the contact information.

1.Arrange the ward, confirm the receiving doctor, inform the doctor of patient’s basic information, and prepare for the reception: beds and related facilities;
2.Customer service staffs register the traffic information of patients coming to the hospital.
1.Customer service staffs book tailored transportation in advance to pick up patients and their families at airports and stations as scheduled;
2.Customer service staffs confirm with the ward staff the bed and the doctor in charge.
1.When the patient arrives at the hospital, the customer service staff escorts the patient into the ward;
2.Ward nurse greets the patient and takes the patient to the reserved room;
3.Review the patient appointment evaluation form, make a preliminary assessment, collect the past medical information, and inform the doctor;
Reception by assigned physician(Check on the patient and look into the medical file and examination reports, and issue the "Admission Certificate")
Reception by nurse (The nurse accompanies the patient's family members to go through the admission procedures at the inpatient charge center with the "Admission Certificate", passport (or ID card) and deposit, assists the family members to apply for the electronic escort card, collects the patient's medical and nursing information, conducts a physical examination and nursing evaluation for admission, and educates them on the hospitalization system etc.)
The doctor visits the patient, evaluates the condition and computerizes the information, writes medical orders and informs the patient of the initial treatment plan.
Nurses process doctor's orders, inform the patient of relevant dos and don’ts and care plans, provide basic living assistance such as diet for patients and their families; answer their relevant questions, obtain their cooperation for diagnosis and treatment, to begin the diagnosis and treatment process.
