Based in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (SSGKC) in Huangpu District, Guangzhou — a national-level bilateral cooperation zone positioned as a “new highland for knowledge creation, a free port for international talent, a source of innovation in the Greater Bay Area, and a demonstration area for open cooperation” — RoyalLee Hospital has taken a major step forward in its internationalization strategy. On January 14, 2026, the hospital formally established a strategic partnership with CancerFax, a globally renowned platform for cancer medical information and cross-border healthcare services.
This collaboration closely aligns with the SSGKC’s development plan to build an international medical and wellness hub and create a world-class medical tourism ecosystem. It also marks an important move to support the construction of a regional international medical port and enhance the cross-border medical service network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Facilitated by Professor Li Dinggang, Chief International Medical Consultant of RoyalLee Hospital, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Wamne, Founder of CancerFax, paid a special visit to the hospital. He was warmly received by the hospital’s International Medical Center team, including Ms. Ma Lanying, Vice President and Head of International Medical Services, and Mr. Liang Bing, Honorary Vice President.
Guided by national strategic priorities and a global perspective on healthcare advancement, both parties held in-depth, practical discussions on key areas such as cross-border cancer diagnosis and treatment collaboration, integration of international medical resources, and upgrading of medical tourism services. This exchange injects strong momentum into empowering the high-end biopharmaceutical and healthcare industry chain in the SSGKC and building a new highland for health services in the Greater Bay Area.
