The Nanoknife system is a non-thermal and novel minimally
invasive technology for cancer ablation. With two electrodes, the
equipment is able to release high-voltage pulse instantly and form a
nano-scale permanent perforation in cell membrane, rapidly killing
cancer cells. Hence, this therapy is also called “Nanoknife",which
is commonly used in pancreatic and liver cancers.

Cryoablation therapy utilizes ultra-low temperature(-140°C to -190°C) probes to directly act on cancer tissues. Through "rapid freezing -rapid rewarming," the temperature of the lesion rapidly rises to 40°C during rewarming.After maintaining this temperature for 3-5 minutes, the freezing-rewarming cycle is repeated 1-2 times. This process forms ice crystals within cells to disrupt cell membranes, completely destroying tumors and achieving a dual effect of "physical killing + immune attack."

This is a selective internal radiation intervention therapy, which
involves precisely delivering microspheres carrying the
radionuclide Yttrium-90 (90Y) to the blood supply arteries of liver
cancer lesions.Yttrium-90 emits β-rays,which continuously
disrupt tumor cell DNA at close range, inhibit their growth, and
induce apoptosis, achieving local high-dose radiotherapy for
the tumor.

Brachytherapy is a method involving local implantation of
radioactive particles, commonly using iodine-125 seeds (half-life:
59 days). These seeds emit short-range gamma rays. When
implanted within and around the cancer mass, they deliver
sustained(brachytherapy) treatment to cancer cells, achieving the
goal of eliminating them.

This is a laser-induced photochemical reaction.A photosensitizer
is intravenously injected,with cancer tissues selectively
absorbing the photosensitizer while normal tissues absorbing very
little.When the cancer is irradiated with specific laser light, cancer
cells are destroyed and killed.
