A 1.2cm pulmonary nodule was managed through minimally invasive intervention. During the biopsy procedure, microwave ablation was simultaneously performed. This approach not only provided a definitive diagnosis of the lesion's nature but also eliminated the occupying lesion, achieving a dual purpose.
