Description: This patient was found to have multiple adenomas during colonoscopy, all of which were treated with Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), with the bases sealed using titanium clips. Post-operative pathology revealed tubular adenomas, with the tubular-villous adenoma in the sigmoid colon showing focal high-grade dysplasia, and no tumor tissue was seen at the margins.
